Subscriptions

If you are not happy with your first Pro payment, email us within 14 days of that payment and we will refund it in full.

Renewals

Renewal payments are generally not refunded, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Service problems

If a significant outage or defect on our side prevented you from using the service, contact us and we will review a full or partial refund.

How to request

Email us from your account email address with your order or receipt details. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
